This position will start August 2026 and will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 8:30am &#8211; 5pm. Compensation is up to $32\/hr. Temp duration is approximately three months with potential to extend\/convert.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with tenant communications and service requests, ensuring prompt response times and effective resolution of issues<\/li>\n<li>Support financial management activities including invoice processing, budget tracking, and preparation of monthly operating reports<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and external contractors to maintain high property standards<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Assist with lease administration tasks including document preparation, tenant move-in coordination, and file management<\/li>\n<li>Help facilitate tenant events and building communications to enhance community engagement and satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Oversee property operations in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with tenants, vendors, and engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Draft and prepare financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Perform any additional tasks required under Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or property operational needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of property management accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience performing OPEX\/RETAX estimates and true-ups<\/li>\n<li>Experience with quarterly sales tax filings<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing annual operating budgets<\/li>\n<li>Yardi Voyager experience required<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and professional judgment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate License required within 6 months of hire<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temp to perm opportunity with eligibility for client-sponsored benefits upon conversion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bnljYXAuNTIwOTUuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1468585NY-Temp_1785354061<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1468585NY-Temp_1785354061\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New York, New York","_application":"nycap.52095.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,293],"class_list":["post-130152","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temp-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
