This position works closely with Finance and operational teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and GAAP.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<h4>General Accounting &amp; Reporting<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and post journal entries.<\/li>\n<li>Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate variances.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audit requests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Month-End Close &amp; General Ledger Support<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Process Improvement &amp;
