This role will lead key Total Rewards and People Operations functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, HRIS administration, compliance, and employee programs. The individual will partner closely with Human Capital leadership, Finance, Recruiting, and senior business leaders to enhance processes, drive operational excellence, and support a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Total Rewards, exceptional analytical skills, and experience operating within a talent-driven, fast-paced organization. margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">6+ years of progressive Human Capital experience with significant expertise in Total Rewards and People Operations, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience managing compensation, benefits, retirement programs, payroll processes, and compliance initiatives, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Strong HRIS experience, including system administration, reporting, workflow optimization, and process automation, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience partnering with senior leaders and presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, leave administration, immigration, and regulatory compliance, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Demonstrated success leading complex Total Rewards and operational initiatives independently, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
