This role serves as a key HR partner across multiple business entities, supporting day-to-day human resources operations, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and HR programs. The position works closely with senior leadership, finance, IT, and an external PEO to ensure a seamless employee experience and effective HR operations. The ideal candidate brings strong generalist HR experience, thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and is a responsive, relationship-oriented professional who can confidently support leaders across the organization.
