This role partners closely with program leadership and finance management to maintain strong financial controls and organizational accountability.<\/div>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and month-end close.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Monitor program spending and analyze budget-to-actual performance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support annual budgeting and cash flow forecasting.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Process accounts payable, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assist with grant financial reporting and expense allocations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Prepare monthly financial reports and audit schedules.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support audits, compliance requirements, 1099 filings, and sales tax reporting.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assist with board reporting and special finance projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or Finance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">5+ years of accounting experience;
