This is a front\u2011of\u2011house, client experience-focused role requiring exceptional professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, and thrives in a white\u2011glove environment where client service and presentation are paramount. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Serve as the face of the firm, greeting clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth<\/li>\n<li>Register visitors with building security and coordinate guest arrivals<\/li>\n<li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Maintain conference rooms, reception areas, and client spaces to the highest standards<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, and room setup<\/li>\n<li>Manage conference room calendars and scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Support the Advisory Team with printing, mailing, and preparation of client materials<\/li>\n<li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and large mailing projects<\/li>\n<li>Assist with office organization and administrative projects as needed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for ultra\u2011high\u2011net\u2011worth clients and distinguished guests<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and proactively anticipate needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of hospitality, luxury service, concierge, fitness, restaurant, hotel, or client service experience highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service mindset with a &#8220;five\u2011star hospitality&#8221;
