This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, including the CEO and practice leaders, to oversee financial operations, reporting, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, financial leadership experience, and a background supporting high-growth, private equity-backed professional services organizations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations across multiple entities<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic financial planning and decision-making<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drive the budgeting and forecasting process<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review financial reporting packages and ensure accuracy and timely delivery<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure year-end financial statements and supporting documentation are audit-ready<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting processes<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oversee treasury, payroll, and employee expense reimbursement functions<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partner with Data Analytics teams on quarterly bonus and incentive compensation processes<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and AI-driven efficiencies<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improve expense reporting and operational finance workflows<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support international finance initiatives, including coordination with the India-based team<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting staff while collaborating across the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience within professional services, financial services, or consulting environments<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in a private equity-backed organization, including sponsor reporting and stakeholder communications<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven experience leading accounting and finance functions in a high-growth environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Active CPA designation<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with Workday<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with Sage Intacct<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with Power BI<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience implementing accounting automation, AI solutions, or process improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience supporting multi-entity and international operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ideal Industry Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates with experience in the following environments are
