This role is responsible for managing collection activities, reconciling account discrepancies, evaluating customer credit risk, and maintaining accurate financial records.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate, reconcile, and resolve payment discrepancies and disputed receivables.<\/li>\n<li>Review customer credit profiles and support the establishment of payment terms and credit limits.<\/li>\n<li>Research customer claims related to invoices, payments, and account balances.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor aging reports and assist with managing delinquent accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to collections activities.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to support the resolution of billing and payment issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret financial information and perform basic calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing reports and maintaining accurate account records.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Compensation &amp;
