This is a full-time position supporting attorneys who represent clients ranging from entrepreneurial and middle-market companies to large national and global organizations. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of business, finance, and real estate transactions in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This position follows a hybrid schedule, with paralegals typically in the office one day per week. More junior candidates may be expected to spend additional time in the office for training and development. The firm operates on a 35-hour work week, offers overtime eligibility, and maintains a 1,300 billable hour requirement. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000, depending on experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of corporate transactional paralegal experience, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, entity management, and corporate governance matters. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills required and Job Duties include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support business, finance, and real estate transactions of all types<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and manage transaction checklists<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and file UCC Financing Statements<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Draft and file entity formation and corporate governance documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and file IRS documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organize and maintain corporate entity records and minute books<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oversee the preparation of electronic closing binders and transaction documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilize the firm&#8217;s docketing system to track matters and deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and file Form D and Blue Sky filings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, title companies, and other third parties throughout the course of a transaction<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or Paralegal Certificate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5-7 years of relevant corporate transactional and finance experience (less experience may be considered for an otherwise qualified candidate)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, and corporate governance matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience preparing and filing corporate entity documents and related filings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience preparing and organizing closing documents and binders<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong technical proficiency and attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple
