This role will assist with project tracking, marketing campaign coordination, content scheduling, vendor communication, and administrative support while ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives. <\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure marketing initiatives stay on track.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agency partners to support project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project schedules, marketing calendars, and campaign tracking reports.<\/li>\n<li>Support the creation, review, and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and communications.<\/li>\n<li>Track project budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and compile data to support marketing strategies and campaign performance reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and presentations highlighting campaign results, project updates, and key metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the marketing team and assist with additional projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.<\/li>\n<li>0-1 years of professional experience, internship experience, or project-based experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
