This role will be responsible for processing requisitions, creating and managing purchase orders, maintaining procurement data within ERP systems, and identifying opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency through automation and process enhancements.<\/div>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle, including creation, updates, and close-out activities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Process business unit requisitions and convert them into accurate purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Maintain and update data within ERP and e-Procurement platforms.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Monitor and report on open and closed purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Analyze purchasing and vendor spend data for management reporting.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support inventory replenishment programs and catalog purchasing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Promote procurement best practices and sourcing guidelines.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance procurement systems and workflows.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support supplier relationship management and e-commerce initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">4+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Strong understanding of procurement processes and purchasing operations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience working within ERP systems;
