This position will start August 31st and will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Compensation is $24\/hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact at reception, greeting visitors, clients, and employees while delivering an exceptional workplace experience<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily building and office operations through workplace inspections and walkthroughs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate meeting room setups, event preparation, catering requests, and AV\/VC support<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendor partners to ensure quality service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Manage meeting room reservations, setup, reset, inventory tracking, and space utilization reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support office moves, seating changes, and space planning initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Administer visitor management processes including security passes, host notifications, and access coordination<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory for office supplies, furniture, equipment, pantry items, and consumables<\/li>\n<li>Process incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, courier services, and administrative office support requests<\/li>\n<li>* Support workplace safety initiatives, emergency procedures, and compliance protocols<\/li>\n<li>* Respond to workplace issues and escalate concerns appropriately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, reception, or similar front-of-house corporate office role<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with vendors, IT teams, project teams, and business stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace management systems such as ServiceNow or Corrigo<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and independent decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and remain mobile throughout the workday<\/li>\n<li>Experience with health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and workplace safety protocols preferred<\/li>\n<li>Event coordination or hospitality experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience with procurement systems and office supply management preferred<\/li>\n<li>Vendor management and service-level agreement experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Available upon permanent conversion to a full-time employee position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bnljYXAuNTI4NTQuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1469337NY-Temp_1785949536<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1469337NY-Temp_1785949536\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New York, New York","_application":"nycap.52854.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-130500","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
