This individual will play a key role in managing the onboarding experience clients while serving as a trusted partner to leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of customer success, onboarding, account management, and relationship-building experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for nonprofit and corporate clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key partner to leadership, helping to support team priorities and client initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Build strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proactive communication with customers through regular outreach and follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and support additional service offerings<\/li>\n<li>Track onboarding progress, customer activity, and pipeline opportunities within internal systems<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and ensure successful onboarding outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Utilize AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Support team initiatives and assist with additional projects as business needs evolve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, client services, or a related customer-facing role<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage a high volume of client relationships in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative and customer-focused approach<\/li>\n<li>Experience identifying upsell opportunities or expanding existing client relationships is highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Highly independent and comfortable working with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn complex processes and support clients across multiple service offerings<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and CRM\/customer engagement platforms required<\/li>\n<li>Experience within SaaS, technology, professional services, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, compliance, or related industries is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a contract to hire hybrid position, paying up to 70,000 annually if permanent. It would require an onsite presence one day a week.
