Responsible for entering, maintaining, and updating employee benefits information, enrollments, and changes within HRIS and benefits administration systems. Handles routine benefits documentation, including enrollment processing, life event updates, and employee requests. Maintains accurate benefits records and files, ensuring documentation is organized, up to date, and easily accessible. Assists with open enrollment activities, benefits reporting, invoice reconciliation, and other benefits-related projects as needed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma required; Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Competitive candidates will have experience with:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of employee benefits administration experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Paycom, UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar systems<\/li>\n<li>Leave management, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers&#8217;
