This Payroll &amp; Benefits Manager would be working on a contract basis with a growing organization undergoing significant transformation and process improvement initiatives. The company is located south of Seattle. This is a contract role, ongoing, for the time being however there is a high possibility of this becoming full-time. .<\/p>\n<p>As a Payroll &amp; Benefits Manager in this position, you would be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading payroll operations, domestic and international<\/li>\n<li>Managing a team of payroll professionals<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing benefits administration and vendor relationships<\/li>\n<li>Driving payroll system enhancements and process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Supporting payroll tax compliance and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with HR, Finance, and executive leadership<\/li>\n<li>Improving controls, procedures, and reporting capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with various special projects and organizational initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a lasting impact during a period of growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will enjoy rolling up their sleeves while also providing leadership and direction to the team.<\/p>\n<p>If you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of progressive payroll experience including management responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience processing and overseeing multi-state payroll<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll taxes, and benefits administration<\/li>\n<li>ADP experience<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply now!
