This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors while managing high-volume data entry and case setup activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining accuracy while handling multiple priorities throughout the day.<\/p>\n<h2>Position Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> Starting at $25-$26 per hour<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> After Interview<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, routing calls to the appropriate departments<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for callers, visitors, and outside parties<\/li>\n<li>Provide professional customer service while handling inquiries and resolving routine issues<\/li>\n<li>Review filings and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Monitor case activity and update records accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Manage high-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Scan, file, index, and maintain electronic and physical records<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute reports and correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Answer and respond to incoming emails<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars as needed<\/li>\n<li>Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain reception and front office areas<\/li>\n<li>Assist with administrative projects and departmental support activities<\/li>\n<li>Generate daily operational reports and tracking documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Systems &amp; Tools<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Word<\/li>\n<li>Multi-Line Phone System<\/li>\n<li>Electronic Filing Systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma required;
