The company has experienced exceptional growth over the past several years and continues to expand into new markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands-on finance leader to partner with executive leadership and play a significant role in the company&#8217;s continued growth and success.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Reporting directly to the CEO, the Controller will serve as a trusted business partner, providing financial oversight, operational insight, and strategic guidance. The company offers the stability of an established business combined with the energy and opportunity of a rapidly growing organization.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Prior Controller or senior finance leadership experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong construction, electrical contracting, engineering, or project-based industry experience.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of job costing, WIP reporting, project accounting, and revenue recognition.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with union labor environments preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic business decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance leader who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with operational and strategic business acumen.
