This position will serve as the firm&#8217;s subject matter expert for U.S. immigration and global mobility matters, supporting visa sponsorships, employment authorization, office transfers, and compliance initiatives across a diverse employee population. The role offers significant ownership and responsibility, partnering with employees, leadership, legal counsel, and recruiting teams while driving immigration processes and broader HR compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep immigration expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. font-size: 10.5pt;\">3+ years of experience in immigration and mobility, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Strong expertise managing employment-based visa sponsorships and permanent residence processes, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience handling H-1B, PERM, green card sponsorship, I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and work authorization processes, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience partnering with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience conducting audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and implementing process improvements, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
