This position is primarily onsite, working five days per week in the office, though some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing and organizing medical records and case files<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and partially drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Assisting attorneys with discovery responses and document production<\/li>\n<li>Communicating directly with clients to gather information, coordinate meetings, and provide case updates<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining attorney calendars, tracking deadlines, and scheduling appointments<\/li>\n<li>Supporting case management activities throughout the litigation process<\/li>\n<li>Preparing, formatting, and managing documents using Adobe PDF and Microsoft OneDrive<\/li>\n<li>Utilizing CasePeer case management software to maintain case information and workflow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior litigation legal assistant or paralegal experience required<\/li>\n<li>Medical malpractice, personal injury, or insurance defense experience strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience reviewing and managing large volumes of medical records<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat<\/li>\n<li>Experience with case management software; CasePeer experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional seeking a long-term assignment with a respected medical malpractice firm and the chance to work closely with attorneys on active litigation matters.
