This role will support the Talent Acquisition team during the implementation of a new Greenhouse applicant tracking system while also assisting with day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong recent Greenhouse expertise, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. font-size: 10.5pt;\">4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or recruiting, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Recent hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience supporting or participating in an applicant tracking system implementation, preferred.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience coordinating recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, offer administration, and recruiting documentation, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Financial services or professional services environment experience, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Positive, proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to work independently, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Ability to work onsite in New York five days per week, required.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
