This position is responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, collections, cash application, and customer account maintenance while ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies, research account issues, and support month-end accounting activities. This role requires strong Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify problems, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, cash application, and collections activities.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on outstanding balances and past-due accounts to ensure timely collections and maintain positive customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account variances, and billing issues.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports, aging schedules, and supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and ensure accurate financial records.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize Excel to analyze financial data, track receivable trends, and support reporting needs.<\/li>\n<li>Support special projects and other accounting duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred;
