This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative or early HR experience who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working closely with leadership and employees.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you&#8217;ll serve as a key support resource for both HR and office operations, helping maintain employee records, assist with onboarding and offboarding, answer employee questions, and ensure day-to-day processes run smoothly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employment-related paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Update employee information within HR systems<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee and manager inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Support HR reporting, compliance, and audit activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with office administration and employee requests<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate HR-related projects, activities, and events<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to management and HR leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years of HR, administrative, office support, or related experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Paycom experience is a plus but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Friendly and approachable personality<\/li>\n<li>Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Dependable, resilient, and team-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Eager to learn and contribute wherever needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp;
