We look forward to hearing from you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle special court appearances in Los Angeles and Riverside, including Stanley Mosk Courthouse<\/li>\n<li>Assist with evidentiary hearings and other civil litigation proceedings<\/li>\n<li>Draft briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents<\/li>\n<li>Assist with discovery and transcript review<\/li>\n<li>Provide additional litigation and potential trial support as needed<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with attorneys on active matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active and in-good-standing California Bar license required<\/li>\n<li>Strong general civil litigation experience<\/li>\n<li>Prior courtroom and hearing experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong legal research, writing, and discovery skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and step into matters quickly<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to support matters on an as-needed basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Los Angeles and Riverside, CA;
