This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with employees, coordinating events and programs, and providing administrative support in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p>The HR team is currently supporting significant company growth, making this a highly visible role with the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events<\/li>\n<li>Assist with revitalizing and coordinating the employee mentor program<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee birthday celebrations and special events<\/li>\n<li>Track and manage employee gift card programs<\/li>\n<li>Help organize monthly employee breakfasts, including preparation, setup, serving, and cleanup<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee training records in electronic and paper formats<\/li>\n<li>Update employee communication boards and digital displays<\/li>\n<li>Assist with phone screenings and interview scheduling as needed<\/li>\n<li>Prepare onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support benefits and insurance enrollment administration<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate new hire first-day activities, including lunch arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HR Administrative Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain employee files and HR records<\/li>\n<li>Schedule employee hearing tests with third-party vendors<\/li>\n<li>Process expense reports and administrative paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Assist with HR projects and day-to-day departmental operations<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service to employees across the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous administrative, HR, customer service, or office support experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Friendly, approachable, and relationship-focused<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Apply?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Gain hands-on experience supporting a growing HR team<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Flexible schedule with part-time hours<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with HR leadership and make an immediate impact<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and employee-focused environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you enjoy building relationships, creating positive employee experiences, and providing exceptional support in a people-focused role, we&#8217;d love to hear from you!
