This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.<\/p>\n<p>As a Support Representative, you&#8217;ll serve as a trusted resource for members, assisting with benefits, claims, provider selection, and healthcare-related questions. You&#8217;ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience by providing clear guidance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, coordinating care needs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve access to services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist members with healthcare benefits, claims, coverage, and provider-related inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support through complex healthcare situations<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to reduce healthcare costs and improve access to care<\/li>\n<li>Advocate for members and help coordinate services to meet their needs<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the member experience<\/li>\n<li>Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy<\/li>\n<li>Customer service, healthcare, insurance, or call center experience is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training &amp;
