This is a <strong>contract-to-hire opportunity<\/strong> supporting a sophisticated corporate and tax practice. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys within the corporate and tax practice.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, revise, compare, and proofread complex legal documents, correspondence, agreements, and transactional materials.<\/li>\n<li>Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client communications.<\/li>\n<li>Create, edit, and maintain professional documents utilizing advanced Microsoft Word functions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, organize, edit, combine, and bookmark PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with spreadsheet updates, reporting, presentations, and other administrative projects.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic and physical client files in an organized and confidential manner.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting critical deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Provide additional administrative and legal support as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience, with prior experience supporting a corporate, transactional, or tax practice preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles, complex formatting, document comparison, and redlining.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Adobe Acrobat skills, including PDF editing, combining, bookmarking, and document preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including calendar management and attorney support.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including spreadsheets, tables, charts, and presentation updates.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with attorneys, staff, and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, reliability, and commitment to providing outstanding support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pay starts at <strong>$30\/hour<\/strong>, with higher compensation available based on experience.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schedule &amp; Work Arrangement:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday through Friday.<\/li>\n<li>Full-time schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Standard business hours.<\/li>\n<li>Onsite in Fort Worth, TX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For immediate consideration, please submit your most updated resume in Word document format.
