This role is responsible for keeping commercial activities moving efficiently by managing sales processes, coordinating customer requests, maintaining business data, and partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes to drive organization, accountability, and operational excellence while helping the sales team focus on growing customer relationships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Location:<\/em> New Hope, MN (Fully Onsite)<\/p>\n<p><em>Schedule:<\/em> Monday-Friday, standard business hours<\/p>\n<p><em>Pay:<\/em> $27-$30 per hour, depending on previous experience<\/p>\n<p><em>Duration:<\/em> 6+ Month Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the sales team to manage administrative and operational activities that support revenue growth and customer engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the quotation process from start to finish by coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring customers receive pricing information in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Keep customer opportunities active by regularly following up on quotes, product samples, projects, pending requests, and sales-related action items.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer records, pricing details, sales opportunities, and related documentation remain accurate and up to date within CRM and ERP platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Account Managers with customer communications, internal coordination, and coverage needs during travel, PTO, or other absences.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the distribution of product samples, technical resources, marketing collateral, and customer-facing materials throughout the sales cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with teams across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production, Product Development, Finance, and Quality to ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly and projects progress as expected.<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports and summaries related to sales activity, pipeline performance, customer engagement, and business planning initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate current workflows and contribute ideas that improve efficiency, customer responsiveness, and overall commercial operations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives while supporting additional projects and responsibilities as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline;
