They are looking to hire someone who is comfortable taking on HR strategy as well as being hands on with HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of progressive HR experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in HR in a small company\/startup environment <\/li>\n<li>Previous management experience strongly preferred <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp;
