This role works closely with Sales, Billing, and Accounting teams to resolve payment issues, reduce delinquency, and maintain positive client relationships while protecting company cash flow.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"529\"><strong data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"529\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"1307\">\n<li data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"614\">\n<p data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"614\">Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"688\">\n<p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"688\">Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on past-due balances<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"765\">\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"765\">Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and disputes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"838\">\n<p data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"838\">Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor adherence to agreed terms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"916\">\n<p data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"916\">Review customer credit limits and payment trends; escalate risk as needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"978\">\n<p data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"978\">Apply payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1057\">\n<p data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1057\">Maintain detailed collection notes and documentation within ERP\/AR systems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1131\">\n<p data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1131\">Prepare aging reports and communicate collection status to management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1233\">\n<p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1233\">Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues without disrupting client relationships<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1307\">\n<p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1307\">Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1327\"><strong data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1327\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1724\">\n<li data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1393\">\n<p data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1393\">5+ years of collections or credit experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1467\">\n<p data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1467\">Strong understanding of invoicing, payment terms, and credit policies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1518\">\n<p data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1518\">Excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1579\">\n<p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1579\">Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1633\">\n<p data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1633\">Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1724\">\n<p
