This attorney will work closely with a small in-house legal team and assist with a variety of commercial contract matters in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p>This role is fully remote, and candidates may be located and licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, draft, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements<\/li>\n<li>Redline contracts and assist with contract management processes<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and respond to inquiries within a shared legal inbox<\/li>\n<li>Partner with legal team members to provide timely support to internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Assist with day-to-day legal operations and other contract-related projects as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active bar license in any U.S. state<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive and adaptable attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle both routine and complex contract matters<\/li>\n<li>In-house and\/or fintech experience is a plus, but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule &amp; Duration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, 40 hours per week<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 3-month assignment<\/li>\n<li>Anticipated start date in mid-September to early October<\/li>\n<li>Fully remote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking a flexible, fully remote engagement while working alongside a supportive legal team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For immediate consideration, please submit your resume in Word format.
