This position will require 5 days on-site between the hours of 7am-5pm with flexibility required depending on the shift. The ideal candidate is a hospitable, presentable, quick-thinking, highly organized, proactive self-starter who pays close attention to detail and maintains the utmost level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>General office administration tasks, including (but not limited to): <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greeting guests and answering phones<\/li>\n<li>Preparing meeting rooms &amp; connecting video conferences for guests and employees<\/li>\n<li>Processing incoming and outgoing mail\/deliveries; maintaining calendars and files<\/li>\n<li>Managing vendor relationships<\/li>\n<li>Planning office-wide events<\/li>\n<li>Ordering, stocking, and maintaining office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating travel arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in coordination for various repairs or maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Providing basic office support and cross coverage for the broader facilities and administration team as needed on an ad hoc basis<\/li>\n<li>Managing last minute meeting room requests across all teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Must be vocal and have a sense of urgency while maintaining poise and composure under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be resourceful, proactive and display good judgement<\/li>\n<li>Must pay close attention to detail, self-confident and able to pick up on social cues<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize time-sensitive tasks with a positive, above-and-beyond approach<\/li>\n<li>Should be a team player and have a positive attitude. A &#8220;no job is too big or too small&#8221; approach is very important to our culture<\/li>\n<li>Must be comfortable working with people across all organizational levels<\/li>\n<li>Inherently hospitable &#8211;
