This strategic role partners with practice leadership to drive attorney staffing, utilization, professional development, operational effectiveness, and financial performance across the practice. This role requires balancing attorney development, resource management, and financial performance while partnering with practice leadership in a fast-paced professional services environment.<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"> <\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Manage attorney staffing and work allocation to support client needs and professional development goals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Monitor utilization, productivity, and workload distribution; provide analysis and recommendations to leadership.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Partner with attorneys on career development, training opportunities, mentoring programs, and onboarding.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Collaborate with recruiting and talent teams to identify hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Analyze financial, operational, and utilization metrics to support profitability and strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve resource allocation, operational efficiency, and service delivery.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support practice leaders with communications, reporting, projects, and administrative initiatives.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Handle confidential personnel and practice-related matters with discretion and sound judgment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred;
