This position can be based in Southern CA and is fully remote. The Conflicts Analyst will work closely with attorneys and staff on the identification, review, and analysis of business-related conflicts of interest. Successful candidates will have experience with Elite 3 E.<\/p>\n<p> The salary range in CA for this role is $75,000-$90,000 and represents the firm&#8217;s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate&#8217;s experience, qualifications, and location.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Responsibilities Include<\/p>\n<p> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and finalize conflict check reports using Elite 3 E conflicts database to be sent to attorneys and other personnel<\/li>\n<li>Analyze requests for New Business conflicts searches, and work with attorneys and assistants to obtain clear and precise information to facilitate the completion of conflict check requests and new business intake forms.<\/li>\n<li>Research prospective clients and other corporate entities using internal and external databases to provide attorneys with clear and concise summaries of required steps to address potential conflicts or high-profile issues under guidelines established by the Office of the General Counsel in cooperation with the Firm&#8217;s Conflicts Attorneys.<\/li>\n<li>Update and input data into the conflicts database; using internal and external information resources to confirm the accuracy of the information<\/li>\n<li>Interact regularly with executives to discuss conflicts reports and responses from attorneys that require additional review, and suggest resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on new business and lateral new hire conflict issues with team members, attorneys, and assistants when necessary to ensure the resolution of conflicts of interest issues in a timely manner and identify potential new issues for review.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to department email inquiries with accuracy, confidence, and professionalism, in a timely fashion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree is required.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of two years&#8217;
