They are looking for someone who can start within the next couple of weeks and are moving quickly through the hiring process, with the goal of selecting a candidate by the beginning of next week.<\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\"> <\/div>\n<div>The Litigation Event Docketing Specialist (&#8220;LED Specialist&#8221;) is called upon to be a fully engaged participant in the firm&#8217;s LED workflow queue. In that role, the LED Specialist is responsible for executing both basic and complex calendaring workflow requests generated through the Litigation Department&#8217;s CompuLaw Litigation Event Docketing system (&#8220;LED&#8221;) for federal and state court matters. In addition, the LED Specialist takes lead responsibility on administrative tasks as needed; serves as a mentor and informational resource for junior LED Staff; and executes more complex and substantive calendaring requests.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Title: <\/strong>Litigation Event Docketing Specialist<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Location: <\/strong>Hybrid &#8211; San Francisco, CA 94105 (Financial District); In-office Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Duration: <\/strong>6-8-week leave coverage assignment, with potential for direct hire based on business needs<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Hours:<\/strong> 40 hours per week<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Schedule: <\/strong>Monday-Friday, approximately 8 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Pay:<\/strong> $45-$55\/hour based on experience<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Interview process: <\/strong>There will be one panel interview for candidates selected to move forward, and the firm is looking for someone to start soon thereafter.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Bachelor&#8217;s degree and 5+ years of experience in a litigation calendaring position using the Aderant Vision\/CompuLaw calendaring software  <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Extensive knowledge of state and federal court rules and structures<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Excellent legal research and analytical skills<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Superior organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask with changing priorities to meet strict deadlines<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Superior client service and litigation support skills<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Ability to juggle workflow demands while advancing goals on projects and initiatives<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Possess professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and the ability to work cohesively and constructively with all levels of firm personnel<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Knowledge and experience with litigation docketing\/calendaring systems such as CompuLaw<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Flexibility to work overtime and outside regular business hours as needed<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Minimal travel may be required<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-volume rules compliance review, including research of local rules, orders, and judicial preferences to ensure accurate deadline generation; <\/li>\n<li>Executes complex and substantive calendaring requests in the LED workflow queue;<\/li>\n<li>Advanced CompuLaw database administration.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as a mentor and informational resource for junior LED Staff;<\/li>\n<li>Document and docket review and analysis for calendar events;<\/li>\n<li>CompuLaw event entry, deadline generation and accuracy review;<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Reviews and updates firm LED informational resources;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>In addition, the LED Specialist, on an as needed basis, in conjunction with the Assistant General Counsel &amp;
