This position will work closely with accounting, tax, legal, operations, and technology teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately, securely, and in line with internal controls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Prepare, review, approve, and process domestic and international wire transfers<\/li>\n<li>Fund bank accounts based on daily business needs<\/li>\n<li>Manage check activity across multiple business entities and track outstanding checks<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and reconcile bank activity against internal systems<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve transaction discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal verification teams to support timely wire processing<\/li>\n<li>Review general ledger coding and supporting documentation for transactions and intercompany payments<\/li>\n<li>Partner with legal and banking contacts to support the opening and maintenance of bank accounts<\/li>\n<li>Follow internal cash management policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support audits, internal control reviews, and system enhancement projects<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Work with technology teams to improve funds transfer workflows, reporting, and exception monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>2+ years of experience in cash management, treasury, funds processing, banking operations, financial operations, or a related area<\/li>\n<li>Experience processing transactions in a high-volume environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential financial information<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required;
