Operations Manager &#8211; $55-$65\/hr &#8211; Bethesda, MD"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1468678DC-Temp_1786551183\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking an Investment and Operations Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for a few months with potential to go permanent in Bethesda, Maryland. <\/p>\n<p>About The Job:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead strategic initiatives across Operations, Technology, Portfolio Operations, Project Management, and Client Services<\/li>\n<li>Drive operational excellence through process improvement, governance, risk management, and cross-functional execution<\/li>\n<li>Oversee vendor relationships, contract governance, and cost optimization efforts<\/li>\n<li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and resource planning across multiple business areas<\/li>\n<li>Lead organizational change initiatives and improve systems, workflows, and operational infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership to execute firm priorities and support long-term business growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required;
