This is a highly visible role that will oversee benefits programs across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, while also contributing to compensation projects. You&#8217;ll be the go-to subject matter expert for benefits in the Americas, managing vendor relationships, supporting renewals, and ensuring an excellent employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership-level function and manage programs that directly impact employee engagement, attraction, and retention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits (80%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee Americas benefits programs (U.S., Mexico, Canada) ensuring smooth operations and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Lead annual benefits enrollment, vendor management, and technology platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Support benefit design, renewals, and tendering processes with providers.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate competitiveness, cost, usage, and employee experience of current benefits programs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accuracy of benefit-related documentation and communications.<\/li>\n<li>Provide second-line benefits support and resolve escalated employee inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with federal, state, and local laws and regulations impacting benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation (20%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with market compensation studies and benchmarking across the Americas.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and leadership on compensation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct compensation analyses and prepare data-driven reports to support decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage special projects including cost projections, budget analysis, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate across HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure seamless service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3+ years<\/strong> of experience in Benefits or Total Rewards within a fast-paced, international, matrixed company.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel and data analysis skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in benefits renewals, redesign projects, and vendor management.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Workday (a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Highly detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to balance competing priorities and deliver results on time.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working fully onsite, with flexibility for the right candidate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em> <strong>Benefits:<\/strong> Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
