This senior leadership role will provide strategic and operational oversight across manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, safety, and financial operations while ensuring the organization achieves its performance, customer, and growth objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational performance, strengthening leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture centered on accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
