This newly elevated leadership role will work closely with executive leadership to develop the people strategies, organizational infrastructure, and leadership capabilities required to support continued growth, operational excellence, and future acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity for a senior HR leader who enjoys building from the ground up. The successful candidate will establish scalable HR programs, align HR practices across multiple operating companies, and create a high-performing people strategy that supports long-term business objectives.<\/p>\n<h3>Location &amp; Work Arrangement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid Schedule: 1 day per week onsite at the company&#8217;s Le Sueur, MN facility and 4 days per week remote<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 25% travel required to support multiple business locations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>$130,000 &#8211; $170,000 base salary, depending on previous exp. <\/li>\n<li>Full-time, Direct Hire opportunity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why This Opportunity?<\/h2>\n<p>Beacon Hill&#8217;s client is investing in its first enterprise-wide HR leadership function to support multiple businesses under shared ownership.
