This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to work with data, reporting tools, automation processes, and emerging technologies while contributing to a high-impact project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and analyze customer, project, and operational data across multiple systems<\/li>\n<li>Validate information generated through automated workflows and technology platforms<\/li>\n<li>Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information within datasets<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project activity and status updates to ensure accuracy and timely completion<\/li>\n<li>Investigate data-related issues and escalate concerns when appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Support operational teams by identifying trends, patterns, and potential process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Follow established procedures while maintaining exceptional attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects related to reporting, automation, and workflow optimization<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, data entry, quality assurance, or related role<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with data, reports, dashboards, and technology platforms<\/li>\n<li>Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team<\/li>\n<li>Experience reviewing data, conducting audits, performing quality checks, or supporting operational processes is highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This contracted position will work on a hybrid schedule out of the Conshohocken area and is expected to last through January 2027. It is paying up to 21\/hour depending on experience.
