This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple residential projects while collaborating with internal design, engineering, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a strong architectural background, experience preparing construction documents, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage multiple residential design and construction projects from concept through completion<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review, and revise construction documents and lot-specific plans<\/li>\n<li>Partner with consultants and external stakeholders to support project execution<\/li>\n<li>Assist in evaluating new design concepts, architectural details, and product offerings<\/li>\n<li>Support quality control efforts by ensuring plans meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and workflow best practices<\/li>\n<li>Participate in technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the architectural team<\/li>\n<li>Provide project leadership while serving as a resource and mentor to team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of architectural experience, including project management and cross-functional team coordination<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience within residential architecture or a national homebuilding environment required<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and applicable building codes<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively partner with both internal teams and external consultants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This contract opportunity offers a hybrid schedule based out of Fort Washington, PA and is paying up to $52.00\/hour, depending on experience.
