This role will primarily focus on user experience improvements, design consistency, accessibility, Figma-based design work, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end layouts. Development responsibilities are minimal, with most of the work centered around creating intuitive user experiences, maintaining design standards and pattern libraries, and supporting development teams with UI guidance. The consultant will conduct user research, facilitate stakeholder workshops, create user journeys and workflow diagrams, develop wireframes and mockups, and advocate for Human-Centered Design practices throughout the organization.
