This role combines full-cycle talent acquisition, employee relations, and employee engagement, with a strong emphasis on recruiting and workforce planning.<\/p>\n<p>As the dedicated HR resource for the team, this individual will oversee HR support for both full-time and seasonal staff while partnering closely with leadership to foster a positive employee experience and high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a genuine interest in sports, athletics, or live event environments.<\/p>\n<p>This position primarily follows a standard business schedule but requires flexibility to attend select evening and weekend events throughout the season.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a high volume of full-time, seasonal, and internship openings.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop proactive staffing strategies and hiring timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and community outreach initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from requisition to onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and support large-scale hiring events and seasonal recruiting initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future staffing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, candidate flow, and time-to-fill performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate onboarding activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth new hire experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employee Relations &amp; HR Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Support employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with training initiatives, policy implementation, and HR process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Support workforce retention efforts, particularly for seasonal employees and interns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee events.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze employee feedback and recommend strategies to improve engagement across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Help create an environment that promotes collaboration, inclusion, and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of Human Resources experience, including employee relations responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to attract and recruit top talent in competitive markets.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting both full-time and seasonal workforces preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.<\/li>\n<li>PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for sports, athletics, or live-event environments strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work Environment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Fast-paced, team-oriented
