This individual contributor role will support a rapidly expanding workforce by managing key people operations functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and process development. The position offers the opportunity to help build and improve HR infrastructure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while partnering closely with HR and operations leadership. vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">4+ years of People Operations, HR Operations, or Human Resources experience, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and HR lifecycle processes, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience working within technology or high-growth organizations, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience supporting hourly, non-exempt employee populations, preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience with Rippling HRIS, preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York City, required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">The hourly rate for this role is $40-$48\/hr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
