This highly visible role will serve as the steward of company culture, ensuring the organization&#8217;s mission, vision, values, and behavioral expectations are reflected throughout the employee lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate combines big-picture thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in an environment where influence, collaboration, and relationship-building are key to success. This individual will partner with leaders across the business to foster engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and create meaningful employee experiences that support continued growth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Summary of Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and promote the organization&#8217;s culture, values, and behaviors across all levels of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement culture and engagement initiatives that support a positive employee experience and strengthen organizational alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leaders to reinforce cultural expectations, drive accountability, and create an engaging workplace environment.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted resource to leadership on employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to integrate company values into recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, and recognition programs.<\/li>\n<li>Create practical tools and resources that help managers and employees bring company values and behaviors to life.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance the candidate and new hire experience by ensuring a consistent, values-driven approach throughout hiring and onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and oversee employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture-building events that foster collaboration and connection.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal communications efforts by delivering clear, consistent messaging that reflects organizational goals and culture.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and engagement tools, using insights to improve programs and strengthen workplace culture.<\/li>\n<li>Track key engagement and culture metrics, provide reporting to leadership, and recommend improvements based on data and business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate and refine culture initiatives to ensure they remain effective, impactful, and aligned with organizational growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, Culture, or a related area.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience creating and implementing employee engagement, culture, or employee experience programs.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to influence leaders and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization without direct authority.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project and program management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating organizational values and behaviors into HR processes and employee programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting organizations during periods of rapid growth, integration, mergers, or acquisitions.<\/li>\n<li>Background building and sustaining culture across multiple locations or geographically dispersed teams.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with employee recognition platforms, engagement survey tools, and HRIS systems.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or Prosci Change Management certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YWRtaW5taW4uOTUzNzUuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1470539_1786730211<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1470539_1786730211\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Maple Grove, Minnesota","_application":"adminmin.95375.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[257,192,223,193],"job-types":[18,2],"class_list":["post-131047","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-direct-permanent","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
