This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with hiring leaders, managing multiple searches, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong> $50.00 &#8211; $55.00 per hour, depending on experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Hybrid &#8211; 4 days a week onsite, 1 day remote out of Northfield, MN<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday &#8211; Regular Buisness Schedule<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract Duration:<\/strong> 4 Months<\/p>\n<h2>Position Overview<\/h2>\n<p>The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers, oversee recruiting operations within the ATS, and help attract top talent while maintaining a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for both exempt and non-exempt positions.<\/li>\n<li>Handle an active requisition load of approximately 15-20 openings simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and guide hiring decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across a variety of functional areas.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage job postings that are distributed across multiple recruiting platforms, including major job boards and professional networking sites.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate candidate communications and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Oracle Applicant Tracking System (ATS).<\/li>\n<li>Support recruiting operations, reporting, and hiring process administration.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and offer coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment while balancing multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing consultative recruiting support.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems;
