This role will start ASAP and will be on site 5 days\/week. Hours are 9am-5pm with flex for overtime as needed. Hourly rate up to $30\/hr.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as front-of-house, greeting guests and maintaining the office environment<\/li>\n<li>Manage conference room scheduling, catering, and meeting logistics<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate office operations including vendors, supplies, and building relationships<\/li>\n<li>Oversee pantry, lunch program, and overall office experience<\/li>\n<li>Support internal events and team activations<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a highly organized and visually appealing office space<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad hoc administrative support across teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience in reception, office coordination, or hospitality<\/li>\n<li>Strong client service mindset<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, self-starter with ability to take ownership<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented with a &#8220;no task too small&#8221;
