The role manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications while partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams to deliver effective process and system improvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plans and manages Finance and Accounting projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.<\/li>\n<li>Defines scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and success measures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates Finance, Accounting, IT, business teams, and external partners to drive decisions and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Leads requirements, process design, testing, training, cutover, change management, and business readiness activities.<\/li>\n<li>Tracks project status, issues, risks, budgets, and decisions; communicates progress and escalates concerns as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Supports Finance transformation, process improvement, automation, ERP or financial-system initiatives, and project governance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of project management experience, including Finance, Accounting, ERP, shared services, or business-transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, testing, implementation, and stakeholder communications.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and financial systems;
