This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment independently, and delivers exceptional work product under tight deadlines.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<h4>Litigation Support<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and other legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files, including document management and indexing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with all phases of discovery, including document production, deposition preparation, and exhibit management.<\/li>\n<li>Support trial and hearing preparation by coordinating exhibits, binders, filings, and logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Corporate Support<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, revise, and proofread corporate and transactional documents.<\/li>\n<li>Assemble signature packets and manage execution processes.<\/li>\n<li>Compile and organize fully executed agreements and closing documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative and document support for ongoing corporate matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Administrative Support<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide responsive after-hours support to attorneys and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Format, proofread, and edit complex legal documents in accordance with firm standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive and privileged information.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with day-shift and evening team members to ensure seamless workflow and matter coverage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<h4>Experience<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of legal assistant experience within a law firm environment.<\/li>\n<li>Significant litigation support experience, including trial preparation and court filings.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to corporate or transactional practice areas preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Technical Skills<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word document formatting, redlining, and document comparison.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with document management systems such as iManage or NetDocuments.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with litigation support and e-discovery platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Professional Skills<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong judgment, professionalism, and problem-solving capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/YmxwLjAzODQ0LjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1466384 MJD_1786981593<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1466384 MJD_1786981593\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Boston, Massachusetts","_application":"blp.03844.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[175,176],"job-types":[2],"class_list":["post-131099","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
