{"id":131144,"date":"2026-08-17T23:02:50","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T23:02:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1470911_1787007769-trademark-paralegal-coral-gables-florida\/"},"modified":"2026-08-18T00:15:25","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T00:15:25","slug":"1470911_1787007769-trademark-paralegal-coral-gables-florida","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1470911_1787007769-trademark-paralegal-coral-gables-florida\/","title":{"rendered":"Trademark Paralegal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1470911_1787007769\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A well-establised South Florida intellectual property boutique law firm, seeks an experienced Trademark Paralegal with 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience with U.S. and forgein trademark prosecution.  <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate must have great organizational skills, good documentation habits, excellent and courteous communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PrepareU.S. Federal and state trademark prosecution and post-registration documents; drafting trademark goods\/services specifications and determine appropriate specimens under attorney supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Experience withTTAB process, including opposition and cancellation proceedings.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and docket post-registration filings, renewals, and maintenance deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Draftclient and foreign associate correspondence, including status reports and preparation of deadline charts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage docketingof critical events utilizing trademark docketing software.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and maintain docket reports to ensure timely filings and attorney updates.<\/li>\n<li>Function as liaison with foreign counsel worldwide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum3 years of recent direct trademark prosecution experience in a law firm<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of U.S. trademark regulations and USPTO procedures<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to meet deadlines and file accurate, compliant documents electronically.<\/li>\n<li>Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Able toprioritize, multitask, and manage complex workloads independently.<\/li>\n<li>Professional, client-focused communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiencyin Microsoft Office; knowledge of Flex-Trak docketing program is a plus but not a requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compensation is based on experience and competitive.  Paralegals are eligible to work overtime.
